Returns and refunds

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email our customer service team at support@atlanticdream.us with your order number, and we'll send you instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know the status of your refund. If it's approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Some items can't be returned, including opened supplements and health products, for hygiene reasons. Check the product description for specific return information.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.
