These terms apply to your use of atlanticdream.us, which is operated by Atlantic Dream Ventures LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by one. If we do, we'll refund you in full. An order is accepted once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy are part of these terms.

Product use

Fitness and recovery products should be used as described. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program or using therapy devices or supplements, especially if you have a medical condition. Supplement statements haven't been evaluated by the FDA, and our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
